PT Commonwealth Steel Indonesia has been producing Grinding
Media since 1998 and has a capacity in excess of 30,000 tonnes per annum. Comsteel Indonesia is located in Cilegon 2hrs west of Jakarta, in the industrial estate of PT Krakatau Steel Indonesia. PT Comsteel is the largest manufacturer of hot rolled high carbon alloy steel Grinding Media in Indonesia. The Grinding Media is used by metalliferous mine processing plants throughout the Indonesian Archipelago.
The manufacturing plant in Indonesia provides our customers local expertise for their Grinding Media needs. Product quality from the plant is equal to our international divisions ensuring that our local customers receive a high quality product.
OneSteel Grinding Systems LLC
OneSteel Grinding Systems LLC was formed in 2008 with the merger of Smorgon Steel Group Ltd and OneSteel Group. OneSteel Grinding Systems operates a state-of-the-art grinding media manufacturing facility in Kansas City, Missouri. It is the largest and most modern grinding media facility in North America producing over 170,000 tons per annum.
OneSteel Grinding Systems LLC provides a full range of forged steel grinding ball sizes from 1 1/2" through 5 1/2" in diameter for application in the mining, cement, and industrial minerals industries. OGS also provides a full range of high carbon grinding rods.
OneSteel Grinding Systems LLC personnel work directly with our many customers to help them achieve a more efficient grind by providing quality products and application services.
