The selection process may incorporate psychological, aptitude, general ability, simulations or exercises and other tests. Testing also provides us with the opportunity to make a fair and objective assessment of your skills and abilities in relation to the position you have applied for and we find that we gain information from these tests, which cannot accurately be gained from other parts of the selection process.
OneSteel uses SHL aptitude tests for recruitment and selection at all levels. Aptitude Tests assess the extent to which you are able to carry out various aspects of a job and looks at a variety of skills with varying levels of difficulty.
